All items are fully test before received into inventory. Our Testing process:
Capture a test log
Test all ports (Data and POE)
Test all SFP ports
Check for correct license
Restore unit/device back to factory default

All items sold are carefully pick with the correct part # and serial #. Once pick, items will than carefully pack with bubble wrape that goes inside the correct box. Package will than push to shipping.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
