Return Merchandise Authorization
Please contact Tagkis LLC for an RMA number before returning any defective or DOA products. We provide a standard 1-year free warranty against any defective, DOA, or hardware failure.
Once we verify the products and serial number match our database. One of our technicians will troubleshoot the device. If we are unable to fix the device remotely, we will send a replacement via ground at no charge to you.
All return products must have an RMA number. Any return products without an RMA number will not get process and you are responsible to pay for shipping charge for return.
All return products with an RMA number must return the products within 14 days, once the RMA number had been issued to you.
